MRA Medical Ltd , are pleased to announce that for the first time all TOE / TEE probes and ApneaGraph catheters can undergo a high level disinfection process in sealed automatic washers, compliant with UK and European standards.

Disinfecting TOE / TEE/ ApneaGraph probes by placing the instrument in an sealed automatic washer disinfector, has previously been prohibited by the non submersible components attached to these instruments. (For example the serial connector on the ApneaGraph catheter).

The introduction of “Scopevault” now allows TOE / TEE probes and other instruments with non submersible components to be placed in the automatic washer disinfector, and be reprocessed.

The scope vault can be a flexible solution to sterilising the ApneaGraph catheter, as it can be used with a variety of different probes and catheters.

The ScopeVault offers a complete solution to the sterilisation of all probes and catheters with non submersible components.
